Signs and symptoms of infection include but are not limited to: 

Redness, swelling, tenderness, elevated body temperature, drainage from the treatment area, and/or red streaks that originate at the treatment area and move towards the heart. This is very unlikely if the aftercare instructions are properly followed, but if you notice any of these symptoms, please seek medical care immediately.
